 طرق للحصول على ظهرٍ مثاليّ

أزيلي الحبوب من بشرتك: إن كانت الحبوب تتكوّن على بشرة ظهرك بشكلٍ كثيفٍ جراء عوامل مختلفة تتراوح بين الشعور الدائم بالتوتر وتعزّز النشاط الهرموني وفرط التعرّق وارتداء الملابس الضيّقة، فعليك أن تمنعي ذلك عن طريق تنظيف بشرتك وتقشيرها بغسول يحتوي على أحماض الألفا هيدروكسي التي تلعب دوراً أساسياً في التخلص من الإفرازات الدهنية الزائدة.
 
* قويّ عضلاتك بالسباحة: حرّكي عضلات ظهرك ومرّنيها لتصبح قوية وتزداد مرونةً من خلال ممارسة رياضة السباحة التي تشغّل عضلات الظهر الأساسية والثانوية على حد سواء.


* شدّي عضلاتك بالتجديف: بعد أن تقوي عضلات ظهرك بالسباحة، حاولي أن تشدّيها عن طريق ممارسة رياضة تجديف القوارب الفعلية، وإن لم يكن ذلك ممكناً، جرّبي آلة التجديف في النادي معتمدة قوة مقاومة متوسطة. فتشدين بذراعيك إلى الخلف وتدفعين بقدميك إلى الخارج لتحريك جذعك وكافة عضلات ظهرك في آن.
